Objective: Provide a learning opportunity for the public, elected officials, party members, and election officers to learn more about the election administration process.

Focus: Visitors will learn about how elections work, the layers of security built into each election, and participate in hands-on demonstrations.

Process: Groups will begin their visit in our lobby with an introduction to the office, some background on our mission and duties, and an overview of what they can expect from the tour.

They will then be led on a 45-minute tour to 5 stops throughout the office. They will spend 5-10 minutes each covering voter registration, equipment preparation, mail voting, results reporting, and election officer staffing.

Guests will receive a folder to hold  documents and other materials that they will receive from each station on the tour.

For security, each group will be accompanied by a staff tour guide to ensure that we do not lose any visitors within the office.
